Information

Devil’s Claw is native to Southern and Eastern Africa and is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an analgesic, antirheumatic and anti-inflammatory to treat long standing and acute inflammation. It may relieve joint and muscle pain and aid movement to make a worthy treatment for arthritis and other musculoskeletal disorders. It also aids in stimulating appetite and aids with indigestion.

CAUTION: Should not be fed to pregnant mares or horses with known gastric ulceration.


Ingredients: 100% Harpagophytum procumbens radix.

    - 1 Dessertspoon - 1 Tablespoon (approximately 4 – 10 grams) per day. For best results, soak in boiling water until cool and mix into horses feed. Can take up to one month to become effective. Adjust dose according to response to maintain an effective anti-inflammatory effect. CAUTION: Should not be fed to pregnant mares or horses with known gastric ulceration.
